The past couple of days, we have been pigging out a lot, most especially my husband. Buffet dinner here, buffet breakfast there, and before we know it, we’ve already gained pounds which can be so difficult to lose. It also doesn’t help that when we’re not traveling, we pretty much live a very sedentary lifestyle, what with being in the south and sitting in front of our computer desk all the time (Peter actually has a computer bed instead of a desk, so his case is much worse, hehehe). So, we’ve been thinking of doing some drastic changes in our diet, exercise habits, and intake of diet supplements like meizitang.
It’s a brand for natural herb slimming capsules in soft gels which originated in China and are said to contain slimming properties, to wit:
However, before we go into any kind of diet supplements, we should always do more research about these slimming capsules. After all, this is our body and we do need to take care of it. If the known side effects are something we won’t be comfortable with, then we might as well just stick to a low carb diet. After all, according to this month’s Reader’s Digest, fat is still good for the body. It’s those unwanted carbs that make us obese.
So, for Meizitang, we should be aware of the following contraindications:
I guess the lesson here is to know the kinds of food and drugs we are ingesting. We only have one body and it’s great if we make the best use of it for as long as possible.
I am interesting in reading your blog and I like your take on the issue.

Actually my problem sis is how to gain weight since I have fast metabolism but dieting is important not for the sake of looking good, cause all body types are beautiful, but for health reasons. I know how hard it os to go on a diet especially when there’s so much food around to eat lol But I hope that supplement will work with you both
