I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.

We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Last week, I got this mystery package in the mail. It’s a skincare product, a bottle of body lotion to be precise, which I’ve been using for a few days now. It says that it repairs the 8 signs of dry skin, to wit:
You could say that I do need a bunch of skincare products like this. Without the right lotion, my skin does tend to be dry and flaky as a result of either too much sun exposure when I go to the beach, or too much cold air when I lock myself up in my office to work. So I immediately opened the bottle and used it that same day after I took a shower. The first thing I noticed when I opened its cap was its scent. It smelled so good and the scent stayed on my skin for a few hours after application. The lotion didn’t feel greasy too which is a good thing since I perspire a lot around the house in this very humid weather. Suffice it to say that the lotion was easily absorbed by my skin and kept my skin moisturized and hydrated all day long.
Would you know what this mystery lotion that REPAIRS 8 SIGNS OF DRY SKIN is?
NIVEA!! wala lang. gut feel. hehe!
