So many opportunities and blessings came the week before Valentine’s. I mentioned this in my Pre-Valentine’s blog post. One of the opportunities I was telling you about is this Garnier Philippines Bright Eyes music video, which is a tribute to all those women like me who stay up all night working and are therefore threatened with dark circles, eye bags and tired-looking eyes.
Garnier is launching a new product, the Garnier Brightening Eye Roll-On. It helps get rid of eye bags, tired-looking eyes and dark circles. I should know. I’ve been using it together with other Garnier skin products for 15 days now and several people have already commented about how fresh my face looks. They’re more amazed when I tell them that I rarely sleep and yet they say that I don’t look tired at all. I believe it’s because I am mostly happy these days and I definitely believe that Garnier products have something to do with it.

I had a feeling that February will me my month and I was right! So many blessings poured in left and right like extra job opportunities, shopping sprees, dinner parties, and so many more. I guess when you always see life as glass half full, life gives more of what you need and want. Read about the highlights of my Valentine’s and Birthday weekend here.
The week before Valentine’s, so many things I consider blessings happened to me. They are just few of the many wonderful things I am receiving this month. I guess it’s because it’s my birthday month and I’m just always thankful for every opportunity God gives me day in and day out.

Last weekend was probably going to be the last time I will feel cold this part of the year. I knew that summer would just be around the corner so I took this opportunity to at least get my warm clothes out of the closet.
Peter and I picked up our friend, Ninette, who was celebrating her birthday and headed to Serendra and spent the evening enjoying lamb chops and beef stew at Fez with my oversized glass of strawberry margarita.
Then we went to get some coffee and Caramel Pecan Pie at My Desserts. It was a good weekend and I’m looking forward for more.
Above is a photo of me touching the bees at their beehive while they’re making honey. That’s just one of the thrilling things I did while I was visiting Mekong Delta at Vietnam with my friend Jem. We also drank some bee pollen tea and honey from the hive, shopped and caressed a snake. See the rest of my Mekong Delta adventures by reading my Mekong Delta post, a continuation of my travelogue about my 2nd day in Vietnam.
