I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. And so I dream what I want to dream, go where I want to go and be what I want to be. After all, we only have this one life to do what really matters most.

Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Weeee! ^_^

I don’t think I’ve told you about the Sexy Nomad Projects Blog just yet. It’s another personal blog of mine where I’ll be sharing my journey in the crafty and artsy stuff I’ve been wanting to do for more than a decade now. I tried it last year by setting up the Jen Adams projects blog but because of my hectic work schedule and other things, I got sidetracked and many of my planned projects never materialized. I got so frustrated to the point of being depressed. Then I realized that these are my projects, my time, my resources therefore I can always try again. So this new projects blog was born to prove to myself that I can make it work this time. I just need to be more conscious of how I use my time and let go of those toxic and unnecessary things. So far, these are the things I’ve done since the start of the year:
I can only hope that at the end of the year, I’ve already done tons of soaps, beaded acessories, bags, paper crafts and other artsy stuff. ^_^
