As Earth hour nears, I am just compelled to write a post that is Mother Earth friendly. Perhaps, a lot of us have been saving energy and recycling over the years, but this company I came across the internet, N-Viro International Corporation, is doing so much more.  I just want to share with you what I found out about it. A lot of people don’t know this but  N-Viro International Corporation  is a company that develops and licenses its technology to municipalities and private companies. Specifically, they utilize patented technologies to stabilize and disinfect municipal bio solids and other organic waste products. Simply put, they are able to efficiently transform waste to energy! They make alternative energy available to people by turning waste into renewable energy and beneficial reuse products.

Their technologies, which have been licensed throughout the United States and accepted internationally with amazing success,  include mixing of municipal bio solids (wastewater sludge and other bio-organic wastes) with specific alkaline waste products from the coal combustion electric generation, cement and lime industries. This process stabilizes organic waste thru pasteurization and complete disinfection, thereby producing biomineral agricultural and soil-enrichment products with real market value.

By doing this, they are turning waste products, composed of both organic and inorganic material, into renewable alternative fuel in synergy with the coal combustion industry. N-Viro International Corporation makes clean coal as opportunity fuels. Mother Earth would definitely be proud of this company!

It would be good to note that the company has generated sales in excess of $40 million dollars, since its initial public offering in October of 1993, which was underwritten by Robertson Stephens, Raymond James, Oppenheimer & Co., and Paine Webber.
