I Got Myself a Nokia E63

December 11, 2009

At the beginning of this year, I wanted to have another phone and I fell in love with the Nokia E63. It was still priced at Php20k that time. But because my O2 is still useful as a PDA and I still got my Nokia Classic 6120 and Sony Ericsson W760, I practiced my EQ and forego buying another phone. But come June I purchased a sciphone which is an iphone clone. After three weeks I sold it to a friend coz it failed to wow me. I was having a hard time playing with its apps. The only good thing about it was the fact that I didn’t purchase a real iphone otherwise it would have been a complete disaster and a huge financial mistake. Then October came and I had to renew my line with Smart which I never had the time for. I tried renewing it last November in Megamall. But the line was so long and I had to get home for work. Then last weekend, we did some groceries at Festival Mall and I suddenly remembered about the renewal of my postpaid line! So I dropped by the Smart Wireless Center there. Lo and behold, there was no line! My number was immediately called and the  rep at the counter asked me what phone unit I want. I told her I’ll just get whatever they have available that’s free. She said they only have E63. Of course, I can no longer remember what E63 looked like. So she pointed to me the model they had on the window. Voila — it was the one I wanted all this time! Woopee!!! I was jumping for joy inside! The one in the display window was color red and she said that what they have available is the one in blue. All the more that I went ecstatic deep down. I love midnight blue! Woopeee!!!

I’ve been using it for a week now and I have no complaints. Even after the first hour of my using it, I was already pretty happy with it. It’s so user friendly plus it has the capabilities I want — email set up, wifi, 3G plus the normal applications like video, phone, camera, radio, etc. It’s like a blackberry and more!

So anyway, that’s how I got to have the phone I want. The law of attraction really works!
