I took the time last weekend to just sleep, rest and unwind. I had it on my calendar that Sunday was to be devoted to decorating the house for Halloween. I postponed it until evening (I slept almost the entire weekend). When I woke up early Sunday evening, I found out that our GF Koryn will be staying over for some bonding session. Being the O.C. and mutitasker type that I am, we welcomed her at our home while at the same time pushing thru with my scheduled house decorating activity. So what was supposed to be a simple house decorating endeavor turned into a spontaneous mini house party! Peter prepared some cocktails. Koryn bought some chips, music blasted in the background and we just hung out, put up some decors and talked the rest of the evening. The night, or rather, the dawn ended with a cheesy movie (The Notebook), garfield eyes (due to too much tears shed for the movie) and us sleeping together in one bed (coz peter’s grandma is staying in the guest room).
Here are our pre-Halloween party pics:
Yeah… the house pretty much looks like a children’s playground, I know. I’ll make everything look more spooky when I get back from my Cebu-Cagayan de Oro trip on Monday (Oct. 12). Enjoy the rest of your week, folks!
