First Vita Plus’ Secret to Success

September 9, 2009

If you’re one of those who have been following my blog posts for quite some time now, you’re probably aware that when I do get into something, I take it to heart and I get so passionate about whatever it is. You also know that for almost two months now, I have been on Vita Plus diet not just to lose weight and gain more energy but most importantly, to avoid sickness in our family. I’ve told you about my dad being diabetic and having bouts of fever every week; I’ve told you about my mom constantly leaving from work due to flu; I’ve told you about Peter almost dying last January because when he gets sick (which happened quite frequently before he started taking Vita Plus) he really gets hospitalized;  and I’ve told you about my being very sluggish and tired to the point that I spent one whole month  before just sleeping, eating and watching DVDs at home.

First Vita Plus is a miracle drink, formulated by the foremost herbalist in the country, Dr. Jaime Galvez Tan and established by Doyee Tactacan-Tumpalan together with her husband Socrates SD Tumpalan. It is proudly Philippine-made using 5 power herbs found in our country (malunggay, dahon ng sili, saluyot, kulitis or uray and talbos ng kamote),  helping Filipino farmers from Cordillera, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro, etc. and recognized globally, meaning, it is not only approved by our very own Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) but is also HALAL (of the Muslim nations) and US FDA approved.

SOCRATES SD. TUMPALAN
Chairman

Educated in the Jesuit-run Ateneo de Manila University, Mr. Tumpalan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies Major in Business Management. He possesses a unique mix of expertise in the fields of operations, business management, and information technology, which he has acquired over the years from his connections with various local and foreign companies. He gained extensive knowledge and experience in operations, specifically in freight forwarding, warehousing and shipping, by being the General Manager of LBC International for five (5) years.

Mr. Soc Tumpalan’s business management skills particularly in the areas of product planning and control, specializing in footwear and apparel, were gained through hard work, experience and formal training abroad. He has noteworthy skills in information technology, especially in strategic IT.

 RHODORA TACTACAN-TUMPALAN
President

Rhodora Tactacan-Tumpalan, more popularly known as Doyee, is a woman whose entrepreneurial accomplishments span years in manufacturing, retail & direct marketing, and multi-level marketing.

She assumed the helm of their family owned business, the D. Tactacan Shoe Factory at the age of 19, and from then on, set to change the creative direction of the company as its General Manager. Doyee trained abroad under the Italian masters and brought back to the Philippines global innovations in technology.

In 2002, she, together with husband Soc, put up their own company, First Quadrant Philippines, Inc. (FQPI). Hailed as the country’s first all Filipino multi-level marketing company, FQPI’s main objective was to resuscitate the struggling Marikina Shoe industry by selling high quality locally made shoes and that was exactly what she accomplished by selling more than 2 million pairs to close to 1 million dealers worldwide.

In 2005, Doyee once again set out to surpass her own achievements by setting up another trendsetter in multi-level marketing, First Vita Plus Marketing Corporation. With First Vita Plus dalandan as her pioneer product, Doyee’s objective was to promote all Filipino herbs and to come up with highly innovative products that have never before seen in the nutraceutical and herbal markets. Through the help of researchers and scientists, First Vita Plus became the Philippines’ first ever vitamin in a drink that combines for the very first time five power herbs. (Please refer to our product section for a more detailed description of our products and their benefits.) Since then, Doyee’s business has grown to include a variety of other herbal products, that fall under Herbal Blessings, a beauty line that boasts of the finest and purest plant and fruit extracts.

Doyee Tumpalan has carved a solid name in direct and multi level marketing because of the ability to transform her vision into business ideas that are creative and unique. Her dealers are consistently growing in number and her line of products getting better, and reaching out to more Filipinos who want to make a difference just like her.

True enough, more and more testimonies have been sprouting from people who incorporate First Vita Plus in their diets. In our family alone, both my mom and dad stopped having their occasional bouts of fever, Peter hasn’t been sick in a month and I’ve reached and maintained my dream weight of 100lbs (I used to be 110lbs for several years despite exrcises and various diets). I’ve also been more active due to the energy that this complete health drink is giving me!

First Vita Plus has also consistently garnered several awards over the last couple of years. To wit, First Vita Plus is the recipient of 2006 Most Outstanding Herbal Juice Drink, 2007 and 2008 Consumer Quality Award, 2007 Consumers Choice and Achievers Awards  and   2007 Global Brands in Asia Pacific. It is even included in Joey Concepcion’s book, GO NEGOSYO, as one of the top 50 inspiring entrepreneurial stories. In this book, Philippine’s top entrepreneurs are featured like Henry Sy,  the Gokongweis and the Ayalas. Doyee Tactacan-Tumpalan is among those at the top, with First Vita Plus as her banner of success!

The first time I found out about it, I immediately bought three bags containing 12 boxes each.  One for me and Peter, one for my family and one for extra stock. Actually, even if I had only bought one bag, it already entitled me to a dealership, meaning, I get to have my own business associate number, which entitles me to get 25% discounts on my future purchases,  I automatically  get two boxes for free (the whole bag only cost Php6,999  and with a suggested retail price of Php700 per box, I automatically saved Php1,401) and if I wish to achieve financial freedom thru First Vita Plus, they have a very simple yet very effective marketing plan. Of course, having come from a simple background (my parents aren’t rich and I grew up not having enough to eat and deprived of material wealth), I took their marketing plan to heart. I’ve seen several other companies with similar vision but only First Vita Plus resonated with my heart. And in the field of business, any business for that matter, it is important to follow one’s heart and gut feel. Because from there, passion, drive and motivation will stem, which will carry you through your dream of having a better and more abundant life. That’s what I did. I listened to my gut as what I’ve learned from The Secret, not just to attain financial and time freedom for myself but also for Peter, for Popsy, for my family, for my relatives, friends and other struggling Filipinos as well. It is really possible.

So when Jerry Jimenez, my mentor, told me that First Vita Plus will be conducting its 26th Success Camp, I immediately registered. According to Jerry, 60-70% of First Vita Plus top earners are graduates of the Success Camp. Jerry came from Batch 19, he is my co-actor and is just doing this business part-time. He has no other job  apart from his TV commercials (you might recognize him from one of those Talk and Text commercials and print ads) and his wife  is a full time homemaker. They have only been doing this business for one year and 7 months now. When I met him last July 23, he has already been earning Php40,000per week. Just two weeks ago, his weekly checks have quadrupled and he is now earning Php150,000-P170,000 per week! I was really amazed. I got to ride his brand new Ford Escape and together with his wife, they’ve already purchased a condo unit in Cubao. And this is all because of First Vita Plus. He previously worked as a bartender in Dubai for 9 years because he thought that’s where the money is but still, he wasn’t able to attain the financial freedom he wanted. His savings dwindled and he needed to think fast. So he got into acting but unfortunately, gigs were not stable and money is also not so good until he eventually learned about First Vita Plus.

My  upline and mentor, Jerry Jimenez

August 28, 29 and 30 came. I went to the Success Camp with one of my best gal pals, Cecille. She also joined the business and together, we plan to conquer the world so to speak! The camp was held at Yahweh’s Hot Spring Resort in Pansol, Laguna and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re familiar with the Management  Development Program (MDP) I took in GSIS for six months before, this is even better! Our main speaker was Sonny Quina, an architect by profession who has lived a good life for several years in Kuwait back in the 90’s until the cold war hit and came back home penniless and jobless. He has been in this kind of business for 15 years now, most of which were spent with Forever Living. But when he saw how the marketing plan of Vita Plus far outweighs that of  the other company, he focused his energies here and is now earning more than Php1,000,000 per month and his influence and network just keeps on growing!

Our first day at the camp was just rest and recreation. We met a lot of both old and new business associates. In particular, we met Jeff Guttierrez, one of Vita Plus’ speakers in the Business Development Forum. He has been in the business for two years now, but he joined the camp  just last August. His rationale was like this: “Two years na  ako sa Vita, pero stuck pa rin sa Php100,000 per week ang check ko samantalang yung iba, like Jerry, pumapalo na sa Php170,000p per week and yung iba mas malaki pa. Ano ba talaga  meron ang campers? Bakit nagiging successful talaga sila?” Jeff first joined First Vita Plus while he was in Kuwait working as an overseas Filipino worker. He wasn’t really minding the biz. It just so happened that the first few people he partnered with were very passionate about the business. After one year, he went back to the Philippines for a vacation only to find out that his weekly Vita Plus checks were even bigger than his monthly salary in Kuwait! He immediately filed for resignation and since then, has been doing this business full time.

Jeff is the one wearing the purple polo beside Cecille in the middle.

Basically, the success camp taught us all (and continues to teach us) how to keep our focus, maintain our drive and fulfill our respective vision for ourselves and our family. Most importantly, It taught us to be humble so we can receive more blessings.

Just think about it… many of the people who succeeded in this business were high school dropouts, technicians, janitors.. those who didn’t really achieve much in life but are now enjoying abundance. Why? Because they’ve already been humbled in their past experiences.  Unlike a typical person who finished college, or someone who went on to get an MA, a Ph.D., or an MD and whatnot, only to work as an employee, living from one small paycheck to another, waiting for a promotion or other better opportunities abroad but never really achieving their dream salary and dream life.  Yet, they are the ones with a lot of pride kasi nga naman, “pinag aral ako ng nanay at tatay ko tapos mag gagaganyan lang ako? You know why I know? Because I used to be that kind of person. I used to be very skeptical and full of pride.  I thought so highly of myself. I was a scholar my entire life and in good schools at that (Kinder at St. Matthew’s Academy, Elementary at St. Scholastica’s, High School at Lourdes College, took up A.B. Psychology at Ateneo where I was a consistent dean’s lister. I finished 12 units of Development Communication in U.P. Diliman for a Masters degree that I’ve decided to forego ). May pinag-aralan ako. But how come these people are earning hundreds of thousands and even millions of pesos per month while the highest pay I got was only Php100,000 when I used to be a 20-hour virtual  assistant for a real estate CEO in Texas? And even then, I couldn’t even eat and take a bath because most of my time was taken up being a virtual slave to a foreign boss. Eventually, after doing that kind of job for eight months, I quit. Then recession hit and I found out later on that many of the virtual assistants in that company got laid off. Tsk, tsk.  Even if I was already earning big before the recession,  and it was a lot better than my 6 years in GSIS, it still wasn’t the quality of life I envisioned for myself. I want a life full of abundance and happiness.  And I believe that whatever I want, I will get if I take action. Then I met First Vita Plus. I knew then that this was God’s answers to my wishes. And that’s when this new way of life started.

Here is the story of the janitor turned millionaire which was featured at ABS-CBN’s Rated K:

Back at the camp, I met some self-made millionaires. My ultimate idol was of course JR Colina, a former janitor who worked for PGH for 15 years. I rarely get star struck. Even when I work alongside Showbiz personalities, I don’t get motivated to have my photo taken with them. Parang ang baduy kasi. But with JR, when I first saw him, I really ran and pushed my way amidst the crowd of people gathering around him and having his photo taken too! I seemed like a die-hard fan so to speak. Hehehe.

With millionaire JR Colina in the middle.

JR’s life had a rather tragic past. Like I said, he worked as a janitor for PGH for 15 years. He was a only earning Php6,000/month at that time and his take home pay was only Php500.00.  The apartment they were renting caught fire and life has been hard for them. When he got to know about Vita Plus, he quit his job, invested his entire savings and from there grew his business. It was hard. Even his wife couldn’t accept what he did.  But he persevered. His foremost connections were doctors, of course. But how can a janitor convince doctors about the benefits of this herbal product, right? For the information of everyone, herbs are not being tackled heavily in med school. So it’s somewhat of an alien concept to them. After a lot of hard work, one doctor tried the product, was amazed that her patients got cured and strengthened by it, joined his network and eventually  got serious about the business. Her name is Dr. Mayla Madrigal of UP-PGH. Like JR, she is also a millionaire now and is one of the speakers doing health symposium for the company every Monday. It’s really amazing!

Top Left: Desiree Go; Top Right: Dr. Mayla Madrigal

Bottom Left: Shirley de Guzman; Bottom Right: Judge Toneth Magturo

Though JR is my idol, I fully resonated with Desiree Go. She’s a graduate of Philippine Science and U.P. Diliman. Based on these credentials, we know for sure that she’s one smart girl. She used to be an employee for Canon for 9 years, working as a supervisor for the Luzon Group. She had a very stable job, was even sent abroad several times by the company and was frequently featured in newspapers every time Canon had a new product lineup. Yet, her credit card bills kept ballooning and she knew that even if she gets promoted again, she will never really attain the kind of financial freedom she wanted. When she first got to know Vita Plus, she only did it part time. After work, she commuted to the former Tektite office of Vita Plus, attended forums and talks, kept learning about the business and kept telling people all about it. Basically, she just copied what other people in the biz are doing. After all, this biz is a a business of duplication, of leveraging other people. Now, her credit card bills have long been gone, she has already purchased two high end cars (one for her dad and one for her), bought an expensive condo unit and for the past two months, have earned Php800,000 to Php1Million a month! Who would’ve thought that this could be possible? Even the best Jollibee branch in the country is only earning a net of Php300,000 per month!

There were other self-made and would-be millionaires I met on my final night at the camp. One was an RTC Judge (Judge Toneth Magturo), a doctor, a lawyer, a policeman, a high school drop out, a magtataho, and the top earner for last month, also earning Php2Million++ per month — Shirley de Guzman, a single gal who’s only 27 years old. And she’s pretty too! Pwede na sha bumili ng lalaki na gusto nya. Any bidders? Kidding!

Anyway, the camp really got me fired up. I was so fired up that Peter will be joining the 27th batch this coming Oct2-4. Those who are interested, even if you’re not yet part of the business, you can join too. Fee is only Php3,000 which will be used to pay for the speakers, 2 nights lodging, including use of the facilities, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not bad right?! Actually, with everything I learned at the camp, it should be priced a lot higher. It really is a good investment for personal and business growth. The focus of the camp is to build your strength and character so that no matter what you do in any area of your life, you will always come out victorious!

For me and Peter, our initial goal is to be able to fully pay our Alabang House and Yaris in 2 years’ time, set up other investment streams  (like a nice hedge fund, some bonds and a real estate portfolio) and eventually build our mansion, buy myself a Roadtrek and have at least Php10 million untouched savings in the bank. My short term goal is to be able to pay off my mom’s debts and then buy her a Louis Vuitton or Marc Jacobs bag in 6 months! Not just because I can afford it (because I can afford it now, it’s just not practical) but because  by then they should already be worth nothing to me. Kumbaga, barya na lang yang LV bag by then. Teehee. I know it’s quite a huge dream. But why not? When we dream, we should dream big!  Michealangelo once said: The  greater danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it. Robert Fritz also wrote in his book, Path of Least Resistance. “If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is compromise.” So dream big! And don’t let anyone talk you out of your vision. Otherwise, you let dream stealers rule your life and all that would be left is a life left unlived.

Currently, after barely two months, I’ve already gotten back my initial investment of Php21,000 and have reinvested twice. I’ve  also already earned 5 figures in less than two months and that excludes profit from our direct sales of the product. I know that if I keep at it, I will achieve my gaols. Because if they can do it, I can too. So can you! Anybody can do this business no matter how busy you are, no matter where you are in the world. Heck, I have three full time jobs and Peter practically sleeps in his office!

For further inquiries on how to do this business, please don’t  hesitate to contact me at 0918-9270850 or email me at jenjuan_1999@yahoo.com. I can accompany you in one of our business forums which are conducted everyday except Sunday. There’s no obligation to join. But if you do decide to be a self-made millionaire yourself, a lot of people will help you along the way. ^_^ I’m proud to say that our team (the Champions) is one active, hardworking, very supportive and the biggest team in all of Vita Plus! We don’t let anybody not achieve their dream salary. After all, this is a business of people helping other people. That’s why it works. That’s why it’s so amazing.

Stay tuned! I will show you videos of our marketing plan on my next post. :-) This is especially for the benefit of those  of you from abroad or from the provinces and would like to join this fantastic business from wherever you are.^_^

Cheers & be well!

P.S. July 2009 Unpublished Posts: Subic Trip and Downy Bloggers’ Meet

September 4, 2009

Hey guys, I can never say this enough… The past three months (as well as September) have probably been the busiest I have ever been.  I juggle two-three online jobs with different bosses, I  am very much active in being an advocate for World Health Organization thru Vita Plus, I do household chores at home, I run errands, I still take care of my Victoria’s Secret Lingerie biz, I go to VTRs and tapings when I have the time, I attend trainings for personal improvement and a lot more. I can hardly breathe sometimes but that is when I feel most alive and happy. So it didn’t surprise me at all when I missed a couple of blog posts (and even blog events, teehee) and I think that’s okay. I feel like I am living in another dimension, using my time more productively, and breathing a different kind of air. I guess this is what happens when you take REAL action towards your dreams. You push yourself to the limit, challenging yourself to always do better than your previous self. Like other self-made millionaires I have met and I am emulating, there’s no one else to compete with but one’s self. And starting this month, I am on a race to continuously compete with myself, getting better and better each day. After all, I believe that if I want something that I have never had before (like a real mansion, three beautiful resthouses on an island, a roadtrek,  at least Php10M savings in my bank account AND OF COURSE, HELPING OTHER PEOPLE ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS) then I must do something that I have never done before. And THIS IS IT (more about THIS on my next post). Again, thank God for Vita Plus, for the added energy it is giving me every single day since I started incorporating it in my daily diet. Since July, both Peter and I didn’t get sick (which is a miracle) and I was able to maintain my dream weight of 99-100lbs. If I don’t eat rice and try to exercise, I believe it will continuously drop  which is no longer ideal for me. Moreover, Peter wouldn’t like it either so… I still eat what I want (hurray!) and that in itself is a blessing.

Anyway, here’s a digested photo blog post of the two events that happened last July 2009…

July 11-12, 2009- TRIP TO SUBIC with Peter’s  friends from Bulacan.

Cliffs Royal, Subic

Most of Peter’s guy friends are now working in Singapore. One July weekend, they all decided to go home and do some R&R… As usual, boys will be boys…^_^

They also brought their wives and kids… Kami na lang yata ni Peter and wala pang kids. Teehee.

I wasn’t feeling well at that time. Not because I was sick but because I was expecting to check-in at a  classier resort even if we had to shell out P5k. But I guess, for Php1800 per room, with their moms’ wonderful Pinoy home cooked dishes, and the fact that everybody had fun, it was worth it. ^_^ I was ovulating hence my foul mood. Harhar! So I just enjoyed myself while playing with the kids! Naks!

 July 31, 2009 - Downy Bloggers’ Meet

With Jing Lejano, Editor-in-Chief of Good Housekeeping and Ferdie Bundoy of Campaigns & Grey

Study shows Downy Antibac wards off mosquitoes on fabric.

This rainy season, moms can now count on added protection from mosquitoes for their kids as studies show that the fabric conditioner Downy Antibac lessens mosquito landings on fabric by at least 33%.

The efficacy of Downy Antibac in repelling mosquitoes was discovered in studies done by 4 independent institutions around Asia including the Philippine Association of Entomologists (PAE).

In the Mosquito Repellency test, panelists exposed their fabric-wrapped arms to mosquitoes for a set amount of time. The number of mosquitoes was then counted for the fabric washed in Downy Antibac and the fabric not washed in Downy Antibac.

“When we first found out about Downy Antibac, we wanted to test it ourselves because this was the first fabric conditioner we’ve heard of that offers mosquito repelling benefits,” said Cecille D. Ebuenga, President of the PAE.

“We were very happy with the results, which showed 53% less incidence of mosquito landing on the fabric washed with Downy Antibac. These are even better than the scores from the other countries! It means that moms now have an additional way to protect their kids from mosquitoes, which are among the most dangerous insects to humans because of the diseases they can carry.”

This news is especially relevant for families during this typhoon season, where mosquitoes are more prevalent.

“Mosquito eggs cannot hatch without water, though they can live up to 2 months in dry weather. As soon as they come in contact with water though, they will hatch and in around a week they will grow from wigglers to become adult mosquitoes,” said Ebuenga.

He further explained that skin temperature and moisture serve as short-range attractants for mosquitoes – the ammonia in sweat in particular, seems to be the most important chemoattractant for humans. Furthermore, incubated or aged sweat is significantly more attractive than fresh sweat for mosquitoes.

Microorganisms present in fresh sweat shows distinct growth during incubation so to help repel mosquitoes, Downy Antibac works by preventing the growth of malodor-causing germs on fabrics. It contains an antibacterial ingredient that deposits on fabric and ruptures the cell walls of bacteria therefore, preventing germ-growth and minimizing bacteria population that can contribute to sweaty malodor.

Ebuenga also stressed the importance of hygiene in helping to prevent the proliferation of mosquitoes in our home and community. Ensuring that there are no sources of stagnant water in or around your home is one key way to help lessen mosquitoes by preventing them from breeding.

“If you have vases in the home, make sure that you empty it once or twice a week so it doesn’t become a breeding ground for mosquito eggs. Same goes for flowerpots in your garden – the insides of flowerpots are also good nesting places for mosquitoes,” he said.

He also suggested to use mosquito repellent lotion to help keep mosquitoes away.

Give your kids the added protection they need from pesky mosquitoes with Downy Antibac. Not only does it have the long-lasting freshness you love from Downy, it also helps repelling mosquitoes on fabric!

Studies show that mosquitoes are drawn to the smell of sweat. Downy Antibac contains a unique fragrance system and an antibacterial ingredient that helps fight the smell of sweat by preventing the growth of malodor causing germs, making you less attractive to mosquitoes.

In fact, third party research studies conducted in Japan, China, Thailand and the Philippines showed that Downy Antibac lessens mosquito landing incidences on clothes by at least 33%, making it a great addition to your anti-mosquito arsenal!

Keep your kids smelling fresh and help protect them from mosquitoes at the same time with Downy Antibac.

Proper Way of Eating Fruits

September 2, 2009

Ever since I became an advocate for World Health Organization through Vita Plus, I kept learning a lot of great things about health and wellness. One thing I learned is about the proper way of eating fruits. Many of us do eat fruits and vegetables, right? But are we sure that we are maximizing its health benefits? Sometimes, it even makes us feel bloated,  our tummy gets acidic, we burp and fart a lot, etc. Find out why. This article was taken from VITACLUB, an independent business associate of First Vita Plus Marketing Corporation (FVPMC), teaching us all how to eat fruits the right way to attain better health:

EATING FRUITS

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.  It’s not so easy as you think.  It’s important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

* IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!

* FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT & VEGETABLES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.

Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.  The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat water-melon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I   eat banana I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.  The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Greying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will not happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits like orange and lemons are acidic because all fruits become \ alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did a research on this matter.

If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT From the cans. Don’t even drink Juice that has been heated up. Don’t eat cooked fruits because you don’t get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste.  Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body.  Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI:  Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E & fiber. Its Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessels-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE: Sweetest medicine. Taking 2 -4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest Thirst Quencher Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant.. Other nutrients found in watermelon are Vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for Vitamin C.  They are the clear winners for their high Vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.
