I’ve been an actor most of my life (starting way back in elementary until today). Prior to assisting my girlfriend Mica in directing her second short film. I’ve only seriously directed a play twice in my entire life — once in my sophomore year in high school when my class competed in that year’s High School Drama Competition and won second place, besting other junior and senior classes; and the next one was in freshman year in college at the Ateneo when I directed our English class play and got an A in that particular subject that semester. Then this. I must admit, I was quite excited and anxious at the same time! Thank God to both my old and recent stints at TV commercials, I’ve watched enough assistant directors to know that it’s a pretty hectic and physically taxing job. And true enough, after 15 hours of taping, I was really extremely exhausted. The Krispy Kreme donuts didn’t help at all because they just made my sugar levels crash that by the time Peter and I got home, we were both feeling quite catatonic from sheer exhaustion. But it was my fault. I haven’t really been sleeping for quite some time due to my very hectic schedule at work. But don’t get me wrong. I was very happy to help out with the film. Thank you, Mica, for the trust you bestowed on me and for giving me the opportunity to work with you. You’re a very talented young woman and I am sure that you will go places and achieve all your dreams very, very soon. ^_^

Almost done!!!
Finished, at last!
Do watch out for this fantastic short film about the life Eloisa, a virtual assistant, who once loved and was lost and then found again (hopefully) by some twist of fate. Mica has plans of submitting this as an official entry into the next Cinemanila and Cinemalaya Film Festivals. Kudos to Mica and the entire cast and production crew for a job well done! ‘Til the next film (hopefully, a full-length one). Cheers!!! ^_^
OMG jade is HOT
