I Love DJ James Zabiela!!!

Peter and I were very lucky to have been invited to DJ James Zabiela’s show at A Venue, Makati last Saturday evening. It was presented by One More Entertainment and drivenmanila.com. Thanks to Jayvee, it was really a once in a lifetime opportunity for us coz we don’t normally watch these things (except in Embassy & Cuisine) nor do we listen to house, breakbeat and techno but having seen how Zabiela mixes his music, we were really dumbfounded! He was so good! The best thing about him for me was that he just seemed to be enjoying his thing and was happy that the crowd was enjoying his music too! He has this humble school boy charm about him… reminds me of Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter series…a grown Ron Weasley. Hehehe.
For a moment, I thought about just staying at home that evening. However, I’m not one to break promises and considering that I was already able to sleep after the iBlog5 event, we were finally set to go. I started preparing at 10:30 PM thinking that our friends would probably arrive late as well. By 12 MN, we were already on the road.
