I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Weeee! ^_^

There were plans to spend the long weekend (Feb. 23-25) either in Siquijor or somewhere else we’ve never been to. But because we’re new parents to Sam, we just couldn’t up and leave anytime we like more so when she has an appointment with her Vet that same weekend. So we justmade the most out of the situation. We wanted to try wake boarding again. We also wanted to just relax with Ella, rejuvenate and be away from the computer for a little while. So we decidedto visit Lago de Oro again after which we headed to Tagaytay for dinner.
