I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! The 3rd day of the Funboard cup was again perfect! It was sunny and windy plus we didn’t have to work as hard since we already know the routine by this time — marshalls’ meeting at 9:30 a.m. and skippers’ meeting at 10:30 a.m. And when the wind condition reaches the desired number of knots, race is a go! So naturally, I had more time to take pictures of the wind and kite surfers around me… Since it’s basically become routine for us to do this kind of thing, let me just bombard you with the pictures I took on the third day:
