I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. And so I dream what I want to dream, go where I want to go and be what I want to be. After all, we only have this one life to do what really matters most.

Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Weeee! ^_^

Lately, I am perplexed when my friends from my former office keep asking me how I am. I mean, hey, don’t they check my blog? Everything that’s happening to me in the past, present and future even, are there! Then it dawned on me, most of my “real life” friends don’t really know the ins and outs of my life. Apparently, not all of them do check on my blog and my other online stuff just because they don’t have internet broadband connection at home and we all know how a dial-up connection can be so slow especially for a site loaded with pictures and videos (like mine). I couldn’t blame them though. There came a time when being able to connect to the internet at a much faster rate was very expensive. Only corporate accounts can afford that. But that was then. Now, my dear friends, we live in a global age when everything, as in anything and everything under the sun, moon and the stars even, can be reached at lightning speeds via the internet! And it wouldn’t even have to strain your budget. Anywhere you go, cheap broadband is now available! It’s just a matter of finding the right package for you. Some even have freebies to boot! For instance, for BT Broadband, if you get it now, you get free wireless hub! Then you can now start living a more carefree life, downloading your favorite music & movies, playing games, traveling anywhere in the world, blogging and doing all sorts of fun stuff online! C’mon!
