I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Weeee! ^_^

Time does fly when you’re having fun! As Bugs Bunny said in the olden days "No more classes, no more books…". Although in my case, it would go something like "No more traffic, no more boss….". Hehehe. You get my drift, right? For those who don’t know yet, I am officially resigned from work last January 31 but I was already on terminal leave since January 18. Hahaha! It’s so obvious I wanted to start the year right by diverting my energies into more productive and enjoyable endeavors. So, after finishing the first leg of my travels last month (Fun Board Cup & Nail Art in Cebu), I spent the last several days at home, taking care of our dog Sam and building my online empire (Naks! As if! Well… I can dream, can’t I?). The days went by so effortlessly and so fast! I am oftentimes amazed at the speed with which the sun goes up and down over and over and I don’t even get tired. To think, back in my old boring job, 5 pm takes forever to strike. Now, I can’t have enough of 24 hours in one day!!! If only I can NOT sleep.
Speaking of this online stuff, let me again use this moment to shamelessly plug another venture I got into. Do check these reviews above which I put up on a specific site. Please rate my work.
