Recently, I found out why many of our neighbors have no yet moved in. Most of them, if not all, are still having their house renovated to their liking. One owner is having a shed built for the outdoor garage; another is maximizing his laundry area by having some shelves built in; while still another is completely remodeling the kitchen by using granite tiles and expensive plumbing fixtures. Oh, and another owner is completely changing the layout of his bathroom by removing the old sink and faucet and replacing them with more contemporary ones. All the while, I thought these houses have not yet been bought! Oh, was I mistaken. It is a smart move though, especially for people who are not in a hurry to move in and experience their new house. At least when they do move in, they can already relax and begin enjoying the fruits of their patience and labor. It was a different story for us. We had some parts renovated after we moved in. Now I am thinking of continuing to remodel the other areas of our house. Since I am already done with the backyard and the lanai, I want to focus my next efforts and budget to plumbing fixtures like replacing the current faucets and sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. Perhaps, I can even have a luxurious bathtub installed. Now, that could be exciting! For moen showhouse, there are a lot of faucets to choose from at various styles and at various costs. Whatever you need, they have it! Be it something totally extravagant and luxurious like tub valve with built-in hand shower diverter to something affordably chic like rough-in lav valve with drain assembly or the double robe hook. You can also choose from devonshire faucets. They have elegant bathroom fixtures like a bath and shower set that balances temperature and pressure. It comes in both expensive and budget-friendly packages. Another brand that’s perfect for plumbing fixtures is the moen aberdeen. They have a myriad of choices when it comes to lotion and other liquid dispensers as well as excellently made kitchen faucets. With these three brands available in the market, one can never go wrong! I’m excited!
