I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. And so I dream what I want to dream, go where I want to go and be what I want to be. After all, we only have this one life to do what really matters most.

Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Weeee! ^_^

Have you ever gone though a day when you were just minding your own business, enjoying the things you normally do, finally living that carefree life you’ve always been craving for (read: with lots of money and free time to do whatever you want) while suddenly an opportunity comes along and makes you think twice, or even thrice, if you won’t at least give it a try? You’ve already been doing it for so long anyway. Perhaps, given another avenue, you can hack it! You might just end up happier and more fulfilled (if that’s still possible for someone who’s already happy and content). I know I’m being a little bit vague here. Okay, okay. Perky and VERY vague.
