Travelogue XXVII: December 2007 Vacay in Boracay Day 2

With my sister Abba and her gf, Chris…
On our second day in Boracay, we didn’t do anything different nor out of this world. The mere fact that it was raining in Caticlan and the sun was dazzling the beejesus out of our eyes on this dreamy island, we made the most out of this miraculous moment and just had fun in the waters, on the beach, with each other and simply cherished the beautiful weather that my sister Abba willed (she was the one who taught me the ways of The Secret).
The Human Walrus and the SexyNomad being their normal walrus and sexy selves…
Tired from playing in the waters, we came up for some brunch at Panoly’s new Cafe Havana. While waiting for our order, I noticed how different this area looked right then. They built a man-made mini falls and sort of like a garden forest. I say forest coz while taking pictures, we saw one huge monitor lizard (bayawak) and it scared the fats out of me! I think I lost like 3 pounds after that shot. Hahaha!
This area used to have hammocks tied in between coconut trees…
This was where we found the monitor lizard looking for his next meal, I guess… Nyaiks!
Not wanting to disturb the lizard’s natural habitat and cause more problems, we opted to stay put in the cafe instead. The Cuban ornamental design was gorgeous. I thought, maybe I can incorporate some of its trimmings in our home too. Hmmmm….
Simply enjoying a glass of fruit cocktail as I admire Cafe Havana’s interior design…
In the afternoon of our second day, we boarded Panoly’s free shuttle service to Station 1. We stayed by the beach in front of this two beautiful mini resorts called Blue Lilly Villa and True Home. In terms of architectural design, I liked True Home’s much better. I took note of its features which I am including in my beach house collection so by the time we build havens in the different parts of the Philippines, they’re sure to be simply "heaven". 
Boracay really has the best beach in the world! Its beach is white, wide, clean and the turquoise water is simply to die for!
I simply baked under the blazing heat of the sun as Peter tries to build his sand castle.
Aahhhh…this is THE LIFE!!!! I wanna live here already! Well, now that I’ll soon be bumming, why not bum in Bora, huh?! Hmmm…
This is True Home…. Oooohhhh!!!! A beach wedding!
With helicopter! The groom must be rich! Hehehe!

As the perfect sun was setting, a perfect Bora getaway wouldn’t be complete without having one of Jonah’s perfect concoctions of fruit shakes….
That was just our merienda/appetizer. Now it’s time for real food….
And real desserts at Crazy Crepes….
