I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Hi blogosphere! Sorry for not being around lately. Aside from the fact that Smart Bro is really Smart B-R-O-K-E-N, I was just simply enjoying all the free time I have the past several days. Yay!
My grade in MDP is OK (so far). I got an 89, putting me in the upper percentile of the class. But it doesn't end there though. I still have my business case which will comprise 35% of my entire grade, which, will eventually determine if I'll be able to graduate by September. Oh well. I'm doing everything I can from 8am-8pm every weekday. I think I'm on track with the way things are going with my thesis and I'm also exerting enough effort in the immersion program. So for now I can relax. Another yay!

I was with my MDP classmate Michelle. She's also one of my group mates in the immersion program. After class, we went to Mall of Asia. She hasn't seen Transformers yet so I accompanied her. It's my new all-time fave movie anyway so I didn't mind. Afterwards, we met with Peter at Coffee Bean.
The original plan was for us to go home since Vina and Francis were supposed to meet with us at Festival Mall then hang out at our place, have an all-night chikahan, and drink lots of home-made brewed coffee (which is one of Peter's expertise btw). But since it didn't push thru, the three of us decided to watch another movie — Ratatouille.
Gosh! It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Those who haven't seen it, please do! You won't regret it. The movie will evoke so many emotions and sentiments in you, you'd forget that Remy is a rat. Hehehe. Anyway, I'm no expert critique. But you can read Theocacao for a more informative review.
Come midnight, Michelle went home while Peter and I transfered to BlueWave. We were walking around, checking out what's new when we chanced upon an almost empty bar that plays R&B, hiphop, and dance music (except on Mondays and Tuesdays when bands play acoustic) and serves affordable dishes. BAZZO BAR. We went in and noticed that there was a spacious dance floor in front, a huge TV and other smaller ones playing all sorts of MTVs, cozy sofas at the side and lots of wooden dining set in the middle.
