I still don’t feel the yuletide season or the so-called Christmas in the air. I guess I’m just really too old for Santa or like they say, Christmas is just for kids, REAL KIDS, hindi yung mga kids at heart lang. Or maybe I’ve been too jaded from all my angsts, personal issues and all those hurtful experiences I’ve been through ( na hindi lang obvious coz magaling ako magdala, I think, kaya I always seem carefree and happy-go-lucky). BUT I do acknowledge and appreciate all the blessings in my life this year and those that passed. I thank God for our good health (although, it could still be better through exercise and proper diet), great friends both old and new, happy beach moments and material gifts. I’ll try to improve on my relationship with my family, my boss, my employer (GSIS) and with God. I don’t wanna promise but I”LL REALLY TRY.

Speaking of White Christmas, no… we’re not dreaming of going to America and seeing the snow. The title just looked cute for the early Christmas gifts Peter and I gave to each other. Hehehe. O, diba? Oh, by the way, the Travel Sound portable speaker on the left side is brand new. I thought the old one got busted in La Union coz I brought it to the beach so I had it replaced. Apparently, it was just the cord that got damaged. But the speakers are as good as new. So now, I have two Travel Sound portable speakers by Creative. One I use when we travel and one that’s permanently stationed in our bedroom so I can plug my ipod nano and have our room in surround sound. (yes, that’s how powerful Travel Sound is). Right now, no matter how shallow it may be, these are the things that make me happyy. I’m such a couch potato. If I’m not blogging, you can catch me watching my favorite TV series on DVD, if not, I’m trying to figure out how to complete all my tasks and collect all the triwizard shields in my first ever PSP game, Harry Potter. It’s my life right now. I know…I know. It’s not healthy. I haven’t been partying nor have I been reading my books. So, to put some semblance of balance in my life, we’re going to Xaymaca later. It’s gonna be Brownman Revival’s last gig there for this year. I intend to party all night, be with great friends, drink lots of alcohol and have a lot of fun. My books? Maybe some other time… when I’m done with Prison Break. Hehehe. Ciao for now!!! Enjoy your weekend too!
PS: After reading the blog of the winner in the Phil. Web Awards, www.aboutmyrecovery.com, I suddenly felt very selfish. Well, I sometimes really am. There has been numerous calamities in our country and so many families have suffered. Anf here I am thinking about my white christmas. I’m really sorry if I’m being shallow. It’s a phase that I hope to recover from soon. Right now, I want to think that helping my family financially should be enough. We do give donations too from time to time and help out the needy in our own little ways. For those with big hearts ( and bigger pockets), check out her site and see how you can help the recent victims in Bicol.
As promised, here’s the last entry of this three-part series travelogue. Thanks for bearing with me. I just can’t seem to part ways with my PSP these days. It’s so damn addicting!

We woke up early the next day, around 6am and it was such a nice surprise to see the sun shining so brightly with only a few clouds in sight. I thought this would be perfect for the rides we planned to take — paraw and flyfish. We waited to for the boatmen by the beach around 7 am and after a couple of minutes, we were ready to take our ride.
It was our first time to ride a sailboat and it was very quiet and relaxing. Every time the wind blew hard, the boat sailed so fast. When the wind died down, the boat lay still on the water. Eventually, we all fell a sleep while being baked under the sun. It was such a nice feeling. The wind caressing our bodies and the sun’s heat soothing our golden skin (mine most especially).
