I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. And so I dream what I want to dream, go where I want to go and be what I want to be. After all, we only have this one life to do what really matters most.

Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Weeee! ^_^

Surf’s up folks! And as a tribute to October being the surfing month, I will be sharing with you my surfing adventures which started only last summer. Watch how better I got at this sport. I mean now, I could already stand up the freakin’ surfboard! I can already paddle but I have yet to learn how to catch a wave on my own. And most importantly, I’m no longer afraid of huge waves! They’re actually a lot more fun than the calm waters of various seas I’ve snorkelled in my lifetime. Anyway, here’s the second segment of my surfing adventures… Enjoy!

Hi Ferdz! Tnx! La Union is the best surfing place for me so far… =) We always have sooo much fun no matter who we bring there. Plus, we always get to meet new friends. =)

wished i was theres. but my sked changed so i got drunk na lang and woke up yesterday with a hangover that was gone by this morning. sigh. i miss the beach. i miss getting a tan. mwah!
