I started this blog in 2006 when I was still a young twentysomething corporate gal seeking happiness and fulfillment at every opportunity. I was on the brink of depression until I decided to take control of my life and choose to be happy. I now work online on my own time, enjoying all the things that give me joy and pleasure, whether at home or while traveling. This blog records and summarizes my adult life's journey.
They say that the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Most photos on this blog are taken either by me or my husband, Peter. We use our Nikon D40, some with my Olympus u725SW (especially underwater shots) and a few with my Nokia fone (for unexpected photo taking). The more recent underwater shots and videos are taken with the use of GE and Agfaphoto HD recorder. I just realized that this is also a nice venue to practice and showcase my skills in photography! Weeee! ^_^

Life is hard and … blah, blah , blah… We know that already. But no one is stopping us to live a little and have some fun right? So, last weekend, three of my gurlfriends and I met at Mandarin Hotel for some gurl-bonding/boy-bashing moment and a little camwhoring as well. Thanks to Peter, our official photographer (who the concierge thought was a camera guy responsible for some naughty porn flick —- long story! 
) and Koryn, Man-blog’s feature for this month’s podcast.
Long story’s short version:
There’s this foreign guy at the front desk with his “hipon” of a GRO/girlfriend (read: ganda ng katawan pero pinagtampuhan ng demonyo ang mukha, AKA mukang gorilla). They started walking towards the elevator and Peter was strolling behind them with his tripod at hand. The security guard stationed nearby couldn’t help but ask Peter “Ser, gagawa kayo ng porn?” Peter was of course flabbergasted! Buti nakabawi sha and simply replied : “Naku ser, hindi ko po kasama yung mga yun. Bakit, may gumagawa po ba nun dito?” To which the security guard simply smiled knowingly…
