…it’s not debilitating enough to stop me from living my life. Besides, I’m still taking my meds and following my doctor’s orders — no alcohol, sour foods and sour food products/drinks, softdrinks, milk and milk products, ketchup and other tomato products.. all my favorite stuff down the drain. So what did I exactly do? I did what any fun-loving gurl would do on a Friday night: Spent time with my girlfriend Jowi at World Topps along Katipunan. I remember laughing a lot and that’s a good thing coz as the cliche goes, “LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE”. We had a fantabulous time talking about anything! Sexual jokes would pop up the conversation from time to time but that’s normal for us. Add to that the fact that Peter was with us the whole time, then you got yourself one hilarious trio! Thanks for a wonderful time Jowi! Let’s do it again! Soon!

Next stop was Xaymaca. Peter and I went home first to change then we headed to our all-time favorite bar to listen to our all-time favorite band - BROWNMAN REVIVAL (BMR). We caught their second set and I felt so happy just listening to them. Even when the set already ended, we still managed to have a good time by talking with the band members and they were happy to see us! Ken has long curly hair now, Alfie, with his Jesus-like hair was getting happily wasted at the back, Ambet looks much cuter and leaner this time with his hair cut short, Jotay brought his kids and saw his cute little wifey, Jayson the Dracula is still his the same friendly quirky self, Jojo is still the quiet Usher look-alike, January seems to be getting serious with his pretty GF Inky, Riki was surprisingly not drinking that night, Dennis looked tired but happy and Dino seemed to be real happy to see us and introduced us to fellow surfers who frequent Zambales. We ended up planning to go there next weekend to watch BMR’s gig and to catch the surfing competition as well.
That’s me and Claire, Dennis’ (the drummer) wife. It was agood thing we got to talk coz I learned about Dennis’ previous illness concerning his tummy too. That made me feel not so alone in mine. Her mom is a nurse so she taught me some precautions and what to eat to make my tummy feel better soon. She’s a nice lady and pretty hot too! Thanks Claire!
We were supposed to dropby Sikatuna afterwards where Gab and his childhood friends were getting wasted but since we finished at 3:30am in Xaymaca, Gab texted that they already went home. Maybe, next time. It’s a blessing too coz Koryn suddenly texted and needed a place to crash… I wonder what happened. Check out my next entry..
