As an avid blogger, I was tapped by FemaleNetwork(dot)Com to participate in an FGD hosted by Nike. It happened last Tuesday night at Nike’s office in Rufino Tower, Makati and it went pretty well. There were only three of us (me, Tien and Fara) with two other staff from Summit Media (Stephanie and Abby). Nike is basically putting up a campaign for interesting and physically active women to tell their stories and share it with the rest of the world. This will create a global sisterhood that will get you updated and hooked to the lives of other women in the likes of the famous Maria Sharapova like you’re each other’s neighbors/friends. Isn’t that exciting?! Now girls, please help me do this. Log on to www.nikewomen.com.ph. for more details.
Speaking of Summit Media (which is my desired company to be working for since I started reading Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, Preview and Marie Claire), I just got so excited to be chosen that the moment I met Stephanie, I immediately interviewed her about her job. What I felt was a mixture of glow, envy and joy for this person including Abby because I’ve never seen such individuals who purely love their jobs. Like what Stephanie said, Summit Media is a labor of love and how I desire to be part of that someday. If only I can be brave enough to leave GSIS and throw my financial worries to the moon. Haha!

Incidentally, I got an email from Nikewomen Philippines about their iStories campaign, which is probably what you're talking about here. Basically you can go to any NikeWomen outlet and submit your iStory to them and they'll feature it on the website alongside Maria Sharapova's iStory, among others.
I'm thinking about submitting one, but I'm not a Nike consumer.
